FAITH INFOTECH Academy for Professional Advancement was established through a mandate of Technopark to set up an IT Finishing School at India’s largest IT Park.

The Academy’s mandate is to meet the Technical Training and Resourcing needs of IT Companies as well as individuals who aspire for a career in IT. The Academy provides the ideal learning destination for candidates from all over the world to hone their IT skills in refreshing and invigorating environment of Technopark, rated as Asia’s largest and World’s greenest IT Park.

Technopark located in a 300-acre campus is host to 20000 professionals from over 150 IT companies. Management Team:

Mr. R. Narayanan: Director & Chief Mentor

Mr. R. Narayanan retired as Vice President (Learning & Development), Tata Consultancy Services Ltd. Subsequently as Advisor, Global Learning & Development at Tata Consultancy Services, he mentored the learning initiatives of over 100000 TCS professionals in Technology, Domain, Management and Soft skills. Before joining TCS in 1995, he was the Head- Software Quality Assurance at VSSC - Indian Space Research Organization.

In addition to developing Application Software in the domains of Molecular Biophysics and Space Avionics, he has worked on Systems Software on a variety of platforms comprising language compilers & special purpose operating systems for mission critical applications.

He served for 5 years member of the International Steering Committee on Software Engineering Education & Training (CSEET), representing the Asian viewpoint. In this capacity he had functioned as Chair, Program committee and editor of the proceedings of the CSEET conference held at Dublin, Ireland in July 2007.

Mr. Jolly Joseph: Director- Learning Services

Mr. Jolly Joseph has over a decade of experience as trainer & facilitator in technical, behavioral and managerial training programmes, developer & manager of adult learning solutions, and application of technology for learning. A graduate in Electrical Engineering from NIT Bhopal, he is also an accredited Trainer for Entrepreneurial Motivation Training with NIESBUD, New Delhi and has attended management development programmes at institutes such as XLRI, Jamshedpur.

As a member of the Corporate Training Group of Samtel Group of Companies, with over 6000 employees, he designed and implemented training programmes in technical, behavioral and managerial subjects like Statistical Process Control, Role Efficacy, Achievement Motivation, Supervision & Leadership etc.

In 2001, Jolly Joseph became a founding team member of Transversal e Networks Private Limited at Technopark, Thiruvananthapuram, where he played a key role in conceptualizing, developing and promoting e-learning and portal applications for higher education and corporate training. His areas of interest include Software Engineering, design for usability, technology-assisted learning and pedagogy.

Mr. Saji Joseph: Director & CEO

Mr. Saji Joseph has over a decade’s experience in various roles in Technology and Learning Services. He was the founding Director of Thomson Cyber Solutions P Ltd and has successfully managed CMC Centre of Excellence in IT as its Director for over a decade. Saji Joseph pioneered and promoted the IT Finishing School concept in Kerala. He has also conceptualized and developed various software products in learning and local language domains. Mentored over 4000 graduates/ engineers as Director of CMC Centre of Excellence in IT. He has won of Spirit of Excellence award from CMC Limited for excellence in training.
